About Me
I'm Emre Caliskan — a Sydney-based entrepreneur, founder, and the third generation of a family built on business, resilience, and reputation.
I grew up watching my grandfather and father build something from nothing. That upbringing didn't just teach me business — it gave me a standard to live up to and eventually surpass.
Today I run four businesses across flooring, wholesale, online retail, and premium apparel. I work alongside my family every day, I push the people around me to be better, and I build systems that outlast any single day's hustle.
I lead with structure and clarity. I respect everyone I work with. And I believe that real freedom — financial, personal, and creative — is something you build, not something you wait for.
That belief is why everything I do carries the same energy: do it properly, or don't do it at all.

The Foundation
Recep Caliskan · 1990
In 1990, my grandfather laid the foundation — a modest rug and floor covering business called Rugs N Bags, built on hard work, honesty, and knowing your craft. That foundation became the DNA of everything that followed.
The Builder
Behcet Caliskan · 1991–2000s
My father joined in 1991 and grew the business further — rebranding to Caliskan Holdings, then Rug Lovers. A bold entrepreneur, he also launched Street Gear USA in 1999: a premium men's apparel brand that made its mark before rapid growth created challenges that forced it to pause.
The Relaunch

In 2016 I rebranded the family business to Prestige Floor. I built out the wholesale arm through Caliskan Holdings, launched Rug Lovers online, and made the decision to relaunch Street Gear USA with a new vision for a new era. The mission isn't just growth. It's restoration.
